Promatics developed an automated online premiere aesthetically designed real estate portal for Duapt. We built a robust solution that delivered end-to-end processes to administer the entire journey starting from website building to lead generation. We implemented the solution using an excellent combination of CakePHP and CRM (Customer Relationship Management). CakePHP being an open-source, free and a rapid development framework for PHP it was the preferred option. We chose CRM as it is flexible and has the capability of automatically adjusting incoming data from diverse sources.
The main feature of this site is the automation of agents/brokers registration and automation of properties listing, It's powered with multiple API supports like custom feeds, propspace, gomasterkey that enables the network to link to wide range of properties and agents through a single platform.
