Before an order is confirmed, companies verify that the requested item is genuinely in stock. If it is not, they can suggest an alternative product instead of simply declining the order. Every order moves through a clear set of stages, from pending approval through to confirmed, delivered and completed, so customers and companies always know where things stand. Customers can also choose how their order is delivered: pick it up themselves, have the company deliver it, or use Easy Rent's own delivery fleet. That flexibility is built into the order flow from the very first step.

To keep ratings current without relying on customers to remember to leave feedback, Easy Rent automatically applies a five star rating twelve hours after an order is completed if no review has been submitted. Customers can still rate the product, the company, the driver and the app individually at any time. It is a simple way to keep trust signals fresh across the platform.

Planning a table layout for an event can be one of the trickiest parts of the process, so Easy Rent takes some of that guesswork away. Customers enter the number of tables, guests, the occasion and how many children will attend, and an AI assisted layout tool, built on ARKit and SceneKit for iOS or WebAR through Unity, suggests a setup for them. It is a feature designed to make event planning feel a little less overwhelming.

Not every customer knows exactly what they need, especially when working to a set budget. By entering their total budget, the type of event and the number of guests, customers get a suggested set of rental items that fits within what they have set aside to spend. It takes the pressure off having to work everything out item by item.

Companies are notified the moment a new rental request comes in, so they can respond quickly. Customers, in turn, get notified whenever their order status changes or when a company offers an alternative product. Built on Firebase Cloud Messaging, these notifications keep everyone in the loop without needing to open the app and check manually.
