One platform for every moving part of food delivery
The brief was to create a complete digital ordering experience that feels simple for customers while giving restaurants and delivery teams the operational control they need. The product needed to support browsing, item customization, payments, order status, and delivery handoff without turning the experience into a maze of screens.
We designed the system as connected customer, restaurant, driver, and admin experiences. Each role sees only the decisions and information needed at that moment, while the shared order engine keeps menus, availability, fulfillment, and support aligned.

- Orders arrived through calls, messages, and separate delivery tools. Menu updates were slow, handoffs were manual, and customers had little visibility after payment.
Goal
- Create a unified platform that makes ordering predictable, restaurant operations manageable, and delivery status visible from checkout to doorstep.

Our Solution
A role-based delivery ecosystem with one shared order lifecycle
We created a modular platform around a single source of truth for each order. Customers browse and pay; restaurant teams accept, prepare, and flag exceptions; drivers receive delivery tasks and navigation; administrators manage partners, zones, promotions, and support from one control center.
The experience prioritizes certainty at the moments that matter: what is available, when preparation starts, who is delivering, and when the order arrives.
